It is with great pride that we announce that BIG I, has been awarded Platinum Precertification under Green Homes Rating. This is the first Platinum Precertified Residential building in Kerala. This recognition is a strong testament of the Company’s resolve to not only provide the residents of BIG I with the finest amenities ever offered in a residential project in India but also to ensure that they lead a lifestyle that meets the highest standards of green living in the Country.

The IGBC, an initiative of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), launched the Green Homes Rating System as a tool which enabled Architects, Designers and Builders to apply green concepts in the industry and to follow a laid down criterion so as to reduce environmental impact.

The rating awarded to BIG I, is the fruitful culmination of the tireless efforts of the company management and its officers to meet the stringent conditions laid down by the IGBC in terms of project planning and design. The IGBC, after a very exhaustive audit and appraisal, chose to award BIG I with the Platinum precertification, which is the highest rating that a real estate project can aspire for under IGBC Green Homes. It also recognizes BIG Infratech India (P) Ltd., as a global leader in promoting green concepts.
